Return & Exchange Policy

Our goal at AIJShineJewelry is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Once the order is placed you cannot cancel the order. Return is not available Only you can exchange the product in case of damage. If there’s an issue with your order(i.e any damage or stone missing), you have to provide 360 degree parcel opening video. The video must be a valid video. You can exchange unworn jewelry within 7 days of receipt.

What is a Valid Video?

Once u receive the parcel open it before 24 hrs. Show the parcel 360 degree (4 sides ) before opening to ensure the parcel is not opened before. Show the front track id too and then start cutting and don’t stop the video till end. Only returns can be accepted if any thing broken/ missed shown in this valid video. The video must be clear and visible.

Please don’t handle items with one hand while opening which may cause breakage when you twist the long chains.
